At the beginning of every contract we will identify the assumed delivery or assembly date, this we will confirm towards the end of the project. We are making bespoke products where aesthetic and technical detail is changing throughout build, these changes can have a direct influence on delivery times which is why we confirm the delivery date later on in the project.
Delivery is normally within 4 to 6 weeks of placing your order and payment of the deposit, the full balance is payable on completion before shipping.

The cost of delivery depends on your location and how accessible the site is, we offer a full installation service that includes laying the base or if you feel comfortable doing this we will errect the building on your prepared base. All measurements for the base will be sent to you on receipt of the order.

Each playhouse comes with everything needed for assembly including easy-to-use directions, it will come with a pressure-treated base, six panels, and a roof ridge.
The panels are reasonbly heavy so assembly is a two-person job the playhouse will come unassembled for transport purposes, our pet houses will come fully assembled.

Our Tea Houses can be built in kit form if required, but are more complex to build.
